About 3327 students missed the centralized textbook distribution and would be served after 8th September.
Textbook Division started textbook request collection for 2019/20 S2 by exporting textbook information on e-Bridge on Oct.28th. The Library received 184 mandatory and 218 optional textbook requests. All textbooks were sent to book agency for price enquiry on Oct. 29th, and Textbook Division will continue with the ordering process after receiving the feedback from book agency on Nov. 5th.
Textbook Division organized 2019 autumn textbook fair. The fair lasted one week before textbook request collection period. Nine overseas publishers attended the textbook fair. One hundred and twenty-one academic staff consulted the publishers about textbook issues on site. In the future, Textbook Division will invite more publishers to collaborate with XJTLU teaching.
