There are 13 different concrete professional certification programs, in addition to academic programs to promote industrial development. Since 1906 ACI set standards and all standards were set by ANSI program. Draft standard can provide comments.
ASCE was founded in New York City on November 5, 1852, it is the world's largest publisher of civil engineering information. We can access 35 kinds of journals1986-now) and more than 400 volumes of meeting records (1996-2013).
British Standards Online provides more than 45000 British, European and international standard texts.

The Construction Information Service (CIS) is a fully comprehensive and easy to use source of technical information for all professionals involved in the construction industry. (The access model has been changed. The users can access CIS through university's IPs without username& password). The CIS include British Stds, core, building, civil & structural engineering supplement, mechanical & electrical engineering supplement, construction management, sustainability, environment, development & planning.
Oxford Art Online offers access to an expanding range of Oxford’s acclaimed art reference works: Grove Art Online, the Benezit Dictionary of Artists, the Encyclopedia of Aesthetics, The Oxford Companion to Western Art, and The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Art Terms, as well as many specially commissioned articles and bibliographies.
