III. Frequency and Format of Meetings

The Library Advisory Group shall meet when necessary. We aim to host offline LAG activities, usually in the XJTLU Library, but we also encourage online participation for those users who are unable to come to campus.

During a LAG event, we will reach out to our LAG mailing list to invite participation. Additionally, we will disseminate information more broadly through our social media platforms and our library website. We may choose to hold a one off meeting/event where we encourage LAG members to engage in informal discussions and provide feedback on specific topics or queries we may have. There is also an opportunity to share with us thoughts or offer feedback on any of Library services as well.
