Course Reserves Guideline
Course Reserves is one of the core library services to support the University’s teaching and learning by ensuring that heavily used resources are available to students. One of available items in reference textbook in module specification will be put in the Course Reserves book shelf. Items in the Course Reserves are for one-day loan so as to expedite circulation and increase student’s accessibility to course related resources.

Short Loan Guideline
Books in high demand are held in Short Loan collections which are situated on the 3rd floor of the library. The loan period is only for 3 days. The content of the collection changes each year as new material is added, and items less heavily used are returned to their regular place on the shelves.

Special Collection Guideline
The Special Collection is located in the 3rd floor of Library. Materials in Special Collection is only allowed read within the Library.
