Fair Use of Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan is a cooperative agreement among libraries that allow libraries to borrow materials from each other for the benefit of their library users. The XJTLU staff and students can borrow books or receive photocopies of documents that are owned by another library.

1. The XJTLU staff and students are forbidden to scanning or photocopying the materials.

2. Borrowing no more than 1/3 entire photocopying book or no more than 4 articles of a periodical is considered as fair use.
